Uniform charging of diamond abrasive grains onto the grinding surface.

The ceramic ring evenly charges the diamond abrasive particles from the slurry sprayed on the lap plate onto the surface of the plate. The use of the ceramic ring efficiently fixes the diamonds, preventing chipping and scratching. <Product Lineup> - Compatible with lap plates ranging from 8 inches to 48 inches. *Ceramic rings of other sizes can also be custom quoted and manufactured.
